01What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. They let the site remember you between pages and visits.
02Cookies we set
| Name | Why | How long |
|---|---|---|
| authjs.session-token | Keeps you signed in. Holds a random session id, not your details. | 30 days, renewed while you use the site |
| authjs.csrf-token | Protects the sign-in form from forged requests. | Until you close the browser |
| authjs.callback-url | Remembers which page to return to after you sign in. | Until you close the browser |
| authjs.state, authjs.pkce.code_verifier | Protect the Google sign-in step from being tampered with. | 15 minutes, during sign-in only |
| sidebar | Remembers whether you collapsed the dashboard sidebar. | 1 year |
On the live site the sign-in cookies carry a __Secure- or __Host- prefix, which means the browser only sends them over HTTPS. The session cookie cannot be read by scripts on the page.
All of these are strictly necessary for the service you asked for, so they do not need consent. Your light or dark theme choice is saved in your browser's local storage, not in a cookie, and never leaves your device.
03When you sign in with Google or pay
- If you choose to sign in with your Google account, Google's own sign-in page may set cookies on its own website.
- The secure payment window may set cookies while it is open, to process your payment and prevent fraud.
- These are only used during sign-in or payment. We don't read them, and nothing on our site tracks you.
04Controlling cookies
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block our cookies, you will not be able to sign in. Signing out ends your session cookie straight away.
