01Who we are
aiworkshop is run by Deepsoch AI Private Limited ("we", "us"). By creating an account or making a booking on aiworkshop.run, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
02Your account
- You sign in with your Google account, or with your email and a password you set.
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens on your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else used it.
- Give accurate details. One account is for one person; do not share it.
- If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms and make the payment.
- We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts other students or the service at risk.
03Courses, batches and seats
We offer 16 courses, all taught in person. A course runs in batches, and each batch has a fixed number of numbered seats. Course pages show the fee, duration, schedule and venue.
We may change a schedule, venue or instructor when needed. We tell you by email and in your dashboard. If we cancel a batch, our refund rules apply.
04Booking and payment
- You reserve a seat by paying the booking amount, currently ₹1,000. The seat is held for 10 minutes while you pay.
- Payments are made in a secure payment window. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank login details.
- A booking is confirmed only after the payment is confirmed. We send a confirmation by email and in your dashboard.
- You can hold one seat per course at a time.
- Prices are in Indian rupees (₹).
05The rest of the course fee
The booking amount is deducted from your course fee. Pay the rest before your batch starts, from Payments & Billing in your dashboard, once payment opens. Your fee is locked at the price shown when you booked. If the rest is not paid by the start date, we may release your seat, as described in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
06Cancellations and refunds
The booking amount and course fee payments are non-refundable, except in the cases listed in our Refund and Cancellation Policy (for example, if we cancel your batch or you are charged twice). Read the full policy.
07Classes and materials
- Classes are held in person. Your class schedule, with dates, times and the place, is in your dashboard once your booking is confirmed.
- Materials shared in class are for your own learning only. Do not record classes, or copy, sell or publish the materials.
- We may refuse entry or end a booking if materials are shared or misused.
08Live and in-person classes
- Class dates, times and the venue appear in your class schedule in your dashboard.
- We record attendance. Missing classes does not entitle you to a refund or a place in another batch.
- At in-person classes, follow the venue rules and the instructor's directions. Equipment we provide stays ours; please use it with care.
- Treat everyone with respect. We may remove anyone who harasses others or disrupts a class.
09Who owns what
Course content, videos, slides and materials belong to us or our instructors and are protected by copyright. The code and projects you build during the course belong to you.
10Using the site fairly
Do not try to break into the site, test its security without our written permission, scrape it, overload it, or use it for anything unlawful. Do not upload or send harmful content.
11Our responsibility
We teach with care, but we cannot promise a job, an income or any particular result. The site may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control.
As far as the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim about a course is limited to the amount you paid us for that course. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first so we can try to solve any problem. If we cannot, the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction.
13Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. For important changes, we tell registered students by email. Bookings already confirmed keep the course fee they were booked at.
