01Who is responsible

Deepsoch AI Private Limited runs aiworkshop at aiworkshop.run and decides how your personal data is used. Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we are the data fiduciary for your data.

02What we collect

Account: your name, email address and profile photo from your Google account when you sign in with it, and a securely hashed password if you set one.
Profile: phone number, city and a short bio, if you add them.
Bookings and payments: the course, batch and seat you book, amounts paid and refunded, receipts, and the payment and order references and payment method type. Your card number, UPI PIN and bank login are entered in the secure payment window and never reach us.
Attendance: whether you attended each class.
Messages: cancellation requests you send, and the notifications and emails we send you.
Security: your sign-in sessions, and your IP address when you sign in with a password or ask for a password reset code, to stop misuse.

03How we use it

To create and run your account and sign you in.
To reserve your seat, take payments, issue receipts and process refunds.
To schedule your classes and keep attendance records.
To send booking, payment, refund and class emails. These are part of the service.
To send announcements from your instructors. You can turn their emails off in My Profile & Settings.
To keep the site secure, prevent fraud, and meet our tax and accounting duties.

04Our legal basis

We use your data because you asked us to provide a service (your account, booking and course), because the law requires it (for example, keeping payment records), and with your consent where needed. You can withdraw consent at any time; this does not affect what we did before.

05Where it is kept and who sees it

We run the workshop on our own servers in our own data centre. Your account, bookings, payment records and class records are stored there, and only our team looks after them.

When you pay, the details you type into the secure payment window go to the bank or card network that processes the payment. We receive only the result and a reference.
If you choose to sign in with your Google account, Google confirms who you are to us. We receive your name, email and profile photo, nothing else.
We share data with authorities only when the law requires it.

We never sell or rent your personal data, and we don't give it to other companies for their own use.

06How long we keep it

Account and profile details: while your account is open. Ask us to delete them at any time.
Booking, payment and refund records: as long as tax and accounting law requires, generally up to 8 years.
Password reset codes expire after 10 minutes. Sign-in sessions end after 30 days without use, or when you sign out everywhere.
A log of staff actions (such as refunds and seat moves) is kept to protect you and the workshop.

07How we protect it

All traffic uses HTTPS.
Passwords and reset codes are stored only as one-way hashes. Repeated sign-in attempts are rate limited.
Staff see only what their role needs, and their actions are logged.

08Your rights

You can ask us to:

Tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it.
Correct or complete it. You can edit most details yourself in My Profile & Settings.
Delete it, except records the law requires us to keep.
Name someone to act for you if you die or cannot act yourself.

Write to support@deepsoch.ai. We reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

09Students under 18

If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to our use of your data and make any payment.

10Cookies

We only use cookies needed to sign you in and keep the site working. There are no advertising or analytics cookies. See our Cookie Policy.

11Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. For important changes, we tell registered students by email.
